Welcome to my online classroom for the EMS Orchestra! 

It is my pleasure to have you in the EMS Orchestra Program.  The Goddard school district offers string instruction from 5^th grade through 12^th grade. The program is a continuous one and I am glad to see every one of you performing in the middle school orchestra.  At this point, you and your family have invested a lot of time and energy into playing your instrument.  Great job!  The middle school orchestra program will continue to challenge you and help you develop additional playing techniques and skills. 

I  challenge to you do your very best in this class by making a contribution in every rehearsal. There will be  plenty of performance opportunities to develop and enhance your playing skills either as a soloist or a member of a small ensemble.   Dedication and committment is what drives this orchestra program, so every member will be expected to accept and meet these daily responsibilities.
