EMS Cross Country 2019

Cross Country – First practice is on Aug. 19 from 3:00-4:30 p.m. There will be a “Parent Meeting” at 4:30. Students should wear shoes, socks, shorts, and a t-shirt. Practices will take place before school at 6:00 a.m. unless otherwise stated by the coaching staff. Questions should be directed to:

All players must have completed the Activity/Athletic packet found in Skyward and have a completed KSHSAA Physical Form and a Concussion/Head Injury form on file with the office or with them to be able to participate in practice.  Required forms can be found by clicking here.
